Noob here please help

sorry for sounding like a noob i recently purchased a HTC Droid Incredible and wanted a new theme and i like the grey-steel theme and clicked/downloaded the weblink above and have it on my computer then i dont know what to do from here...i opened the winrar and saved it onto my phone then unrared it and did the two folders onto my phone and still dont know what to do...restarted the phone and tried in personalize folder in phone to change the theme but no go..please help and let me know what to do

This theme was the 3.0.1 lag destroyer on my D1. It runs SO SMOOTH! I've tried a lot of themes with no luck. Thanks for the awesome work!
