Here's a pretty smokin' deal over at Amazon Wireless! You can get a $50 dollar gift card with the purchase of a Verizon device. The two best deals I see off the bat, are: One, you could get the Droid Bionic for effectively only $200 bucks for a renewed contract, or $130 for a new contract (since the Amazon regular price is $250 and $180 respectively). Two, you could get paid $49.99 in Amazon merchandise to get the HTC Thunderbolt (since their TBolt price is only a penny at the moment).

What do you guys think of these deals?

I'm looking at picking up 2 new Droid 3's.

Bad news: doesn't look like the D3 is on the $50 promotion list at Amazon. :(

Good news: I checked with Radio Shack and can get them $100 a piece. :) (Which would have been the net price at Amazon anyway)

All's well that ends well!

I don't care what comes out, or not. Or whats on sale, or not. I waited for the bionic to drop, until the SGS2 show up, then I waited for that, but Verizon passed on it, (buttheads). So it taught me, what else, PATIENCE! I'm waiting for the bottom dollar Christmas Sales on the Newest, Bestest, Fastest Fones with the mostest features! And I won't settle for anything less!

May you please loan me some of that "patience"? I don't remember XMAS sales (do you mean January?) but if you're right I want THAT!

Amazon says: "Get a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card code when you purchase a Verizon phone or mobile broadband device with a new line of service between midnight PDT September 16, 2011, and 11:59 p.m. PDT September 26, 2011. Your code will be sent via e-mail on October 10, 2011. This offer is limited to one per customer. See complete terms and conditions at www.amazon.com/gc-legal." Does a "new line of service" include a contract renewal? Has anyone had this work out for them?
