I'm sure a lot of people would like to know as well, but assuming Verizon's free 4G price plan is only temporary, when they do start charging a premium for 4G, or if they cap it, what happens to me, the customer who got 4G when it was cheap and unlimited? Will I be forced over to a capped/premium plan when my contract is up? Or is it when I get a new phone? Or do I keep free/unlimited 4G as long as my line is active with a 4G phone? I think it's the last in that list, since not everyone signs a contract when they get a phone on Verizon.... But can someone confirm that?

Thanks in advance!

As long as you don't change the plan you should keep it. But I think you can't change phones either. This is just speculation as I am not a Verizon employee.

I would think it would stay the same as long as you have that feature (in this case 4G) active on the line, could be specific to the phone only though.
