GPS Question

For the first time since installing MIUI I tried to use my golf GPS app. I found that it was very slow to adjust to the proper yardage. It seemed to have a lock, but it was just really slow to dial in the the exact distance.

Under Settings > Personal > My Location > GPS Configuration the SUPL information is blank. Do you think that filling it in with:

supl server address: supl.google.com
supl server port: 7276

Would do anything for me? I really have no idea what that does, but I found it mentioned on a forum somewhere...

I set my NTP server to 1.us.pool.ntp.org and I used the google supl it seems to lock onto my position faster, I am not sure how much.
