Gps issue

I've been having issues with apps that locate me for some reason it has me in or near san antonio tx when I am acctually in south eastern massachusetts? It does get my location correct sometimes but screws up most of the time.

Do you have wireless networks, gps satellites and assisted gps all checked in Menu>>Settings>>Location & Security?
