I have seen a lot on different applications that it seems as if google voice does more than just put your voicemails in text for reading purposes I seen people post that you can use it for phone calls from your phone through wifi and it does all sorts of tgi vs anyone know how to get this app to do that a website I can read somewhere?

That's incorrect and it seems to be a common misunderstanding. GV is not a VOIP solution.
