Google Voice Can't Connect

Anyone having a prob with google voice not connecting lately? All of a sudden cant make calls.. and when I call my google voice # now, instead of just ringing my phone, it says: "Hello, Please state your name at the beep and google voice will try and conect to: <My Name> then my phone rings..
