Google Talk Icon not appearing

Hi, I've had the Droid Incredible for some time, and I cannot find the google talk icon, its not in the add program or launch program screen. Its also not present in the market. I've done no 3rd part upgrades that i'm aware of, and just the normal newbie apps. Anyone know how to fix this?

Same prob on the Incredible 2. Pretty useless forum for an obvious question like this to be up for five months with no response at all...
