Google Search Bar Widget

Is any one else having issues with this widget. On my Droids and my wife's, this thing locks up and wont let me type. Then I try to remove it and it wont remove. I then have 2 of them on the screen but can't type anything into the field. I have to totally reboot my phone. Its really annoying.

I personally have this widget but never use it, maybe once or twice but nothing like that has ever happened. If i ever have to search something I just use google on the browser.

I deleted the widget. If I want to search there is the search button along the "Homerow" or whatever it is called along the bottom of the phone.

Yes I use the search button on the home row now but its just annoying as hell. I would like the piece of mind of knowing that if I want to use the widget I can. Just a principle kind of thing. I have OCD and it irritates me that I can't use it. I know that sounds crazy. Lol
