Google not synching automagically

Recently, google mail and calendar (and facebook too) have stopped updating automatically, even when I'm on wifi.

I'm sure I hit the wrong option or something, just need a nudge in the right direction to find it.

Check Settings>Accounts and Sync and make sure everything is listed and checkmarked. Might try it on 3g and wifi.
