Yesterday I flashed liquid gingersense to my thunderbolt and everything has been working great. I decided to check how fast the GPS locks on and found that google maps is running EXTREMELY slow. It takes a while to load just where I am and what the streets/towns are around me. Once its loaded that, I can navigate a little bit around where I am but hen it becomes very slow again.
I have tried clearing the data and clearing the cache
I also uninstalled and re installed it
also tried a older version of maps..same result
its pretty spot on to my location, but just so slow when trying to do any thing with it.
I have all GPS services on and I have tried 3g and wifi
Any one have any ideas how to solve this?
