Google Chat Type App Native In ADR6300?

The other day I easy using an app or a widget that was basically Google chat...I didn't download it so I believe its native to my Verizon ADR6300.

Am I imagining things or what?

P.S.
Why don't audible notifications work with this forums app? I'd like to receive a notification area icon, as opposed to an email when a thread in which I've participated receives new replies.
