Google Authenticator two step login messed up

I set up two step verification on my account from my work computer. I got home and could NOT login to my account from my computer of phone. I am unagle to turn off two step verification because I cannot get to my account I cannot install the Google Authenticator app on my phone because I need to login to my account to get to the market.
