Google just gave us a hint at one of the next upgraded features for a future Google Now. For a brief time, Google had a support page up detailing a new Google Now Widget. The support page was taken down shortly afterward, but not before some info was gleaned and pics were taken. Was this an accident, or just a crafty marketing ploy? Could go either way, but the feature looks very cool regardless. The new Google Now widget “displays a summary of your current Google Now cards, either on a home screen or on the lock screen.” Here's the link below, even though it no longer contains any info.

Above is a pic of what the new widget will likely look like, and here is the link to the defunct Google support page: http://support.google.com/nexus/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=2665844

This will be the only widget on my lock screen. Bout time google!

I was thinking the same thing. Hopefully, I'll be running 4.2.x on my Nexus by the time the widget becomes available.

What I want to know is when are they going to activate all the other cards? So far it seems that only 8 or 9 cards work.

Under the "other cards" they show a couple of dozen cards that I can't get to work.

Maybe I don't have enough cards, but mine's not really showing much at all at the moment...

I just got 2. Weather and time to home...works for me.

Finicky at best here. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have weather set to "always show", yet it isn't showing in Gnow or the widget.

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong here... lol

I don't think you're doing anything wrong, mines is doing the same thing
