Gmail app changing button binds?

As of 2 days ago, certain buttons on my Droid 2's keypad have now been assigned to perform a function, rather than inputting it's designated letter. For example, sometimes pressing the "G" button will save the email I'm writing as a draft instead of inputting a "G".

Any idea why this is? The Gmail app doesn't seem to have too many settings, so I'm not sure how I goofed this one up.

Thanks

It's happened to me on my D1 a couple times. A reboot always fixes it for me.

Same here, but while I'm writing a text message is probably when I'm the least willing to reboot my phone.

Have U checked ur quick launch settings? Menu, settings, applicaations, quick launch. If a key is assigned U can touch the letter on-screen and a menu comes up asking if u want to unassigned the key.
