gmail account captcha

Every few days, google will ask me to input a captcha on my phone when logging into one of its services. I'd like my phone to stay logged into its google account all the time, any idea why that's not working? (this is also happening when i try to log in to my gchat account through ichat, and with my email client, but I assumed the android community may have a good idea)

I have never seen a captcha of any sort involving a Google product. However; I would check under your account settings on Google and see if you have some weird authentication settings... I dunno, you sure its a captcha and not a regular login for usr/pw ?
