Global Hotkeys?

Is there an app that will send preset global hotkeys to a computer on the same Wifi network?

I've looked everywhere and could not find a solution. What I'd like to do is control my Pandora desktop client with global hotkeys from my Droid.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
