gingerbread kernels

I know chevy will have new ones up soon with compcache. any other kernels out yet? the stock UD3 one only goes up to 800mhz, froyo kernels working with gingerbread?

I've not had any problems with Froyo kernels. There are also raidzero LGB kernels which are Gingerbread and I'm running the 1100 with no problems. Sorry I don't have a link to it right now.

I've always heard good things about Chevy kernels but, unfortunately, they just don't place nice with my Droid.

I'm running slayher 1.1ghz .. working great.. better than stock kernel. I couldn't get Chevy's new GB kernels to apply.. CWM said "bad". Any ideas why?

You can overclock the stock kernel past 800 with the milestone overclock app, free in the market, also allows to set voltages to whatever u desire. Pretty awesome really!!
