just got the update here in florida, it's downloading right now. quick question, if i manually revert to stock (undo mods, unroot, etc) instead of sbfing, will i keep all my apps and data?

i got back to stock and unrooted, re-downloaded the update, and it's just now installing. fingers crossed!
