Gingerbread bugs?

So far, only really bad thing I've found is when hanging up while on a bluetooth headset, it sounds off an offensively loud beep in the headset, just like when hanging up while on speakerphone. It almost hurts my ear.

Double-tapping space bar (trying to get a period) keeps inserting random words instead of punctuation.

ie. after the word "good" it inserted " for"

And it doesn't seem to be learning that it's wrong.

Performance still seems 10x better than before the upgrade, so I guess I can live with that.

Do you have predictive text turned on? If you do, it will automatically insert the suggested word when you press space. Turn that off and it shouldn't do that any longer.

Not sure if I like the predictive text yet, but it does make it easier to save custom words in the user dictionary. With it on, you can just click on the word in the suggestion row but with it off, you have to click on the red-boxed word, click add to dictionary, then select the dictionary. I work in a field with terms not generally found in a dictionary, so I might keep it on for a while until my dictionary is built up then turn it off.

I don't like that fact that you have to hit the back button twice when exiting a text conversation. First one gets you to close the symbol bar and then the second one actually gets you out of the text convo. Other than that I have not noticed anything yet.

This has been "bugging" me ever since I upgraded!

Also I don't like the battery usage does not show a percentage left, but those are two pretty minor things so far.

Turn off predictive text and auto insert.

Anybody who updated to this GB leak and uses the phone outside the US with a foreign sim card continued with the famous GSM connectivity issue or this update fixed that?

Didn't work for me still had it on there, plus I love the auto insert of the period. I would rather hit the back button twice than not have the auto insert.
