Getting pictures off SG3?

What am I missing? I have lots of pictures I want off my phone but when I connect it up it sees the SD card but it is blank? If I look at the phone they are indeed there? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

When you connect via USB you should get two folders, phone and card. My pics are being saved to my External SD card, but I suspect yours are being saved to internal card. What are you connecting your phone to PC or Mac?

It's not much different than the RAZR MAXX it looks like you had previously.

go in the hone folder and look for the sub folder DCIM, if you havent already.
