Barkleyfan, I downloaded it to Windows, but am stalling at "execute “run.bat”. I do not see any such file in the folder which I downloaded and unzipped. Am I doing something wrong?

didnt realize it was 2.3.6 compatible..

I know that Matt's utility is the best for most, and everyone hates RSD, but RSD is still an option, if you have completely hosed your phone and it's stuck in a fastboot loop as mine was a few days ago.
