Im trying to get Cm7 on my phone i rooted my phone using this method

And now using rom manager i try to install Cm7, when it boots into recovery i keep getting fail messages. Im stumped. Im totally a newbie at this ive read forum after forum after forum about this, i just cant figure it out, anyone please help me it'd be greatly appreciated!!??
