Getting Chrome Beta onto D2G? *Brainstorm*

I know what I am asking for is nearly impossible, at least from what I have gathered from other people talking about Chrome Beta. BUT, and this is a really big but, Would their be any possible way to install Chrome Beta onto a Droid 2 Global running GB or perhaps even ICS (a.k.a Cyanogen Mod v9.0)?

Chrome uses api's of ics so if u ve an ics rom then its well wrth a try... plz dont try with gb... it wud give an error during installation...

no, even if droid 2 global gets an official ics update, it may not work
not all apps work with all devices, even if they are running same android version

They already have a working version for ICS Roms over on XDA. Just google it, the have a patched version for download. You'll have to wait until they make a new version before you can update since market updates won't work, but there ya go.

still says that it's only for ICS roms that are using full HWA
