Getting back in the game

I sold my Droid X a while back and returned to the simpler times of a regular cell phone. Now, after a couple months of scratching my arms and twitching, I'm picking up a Droid Incredible. So I gotta know, what are some of the best ROMs and such out there? Is the bootloader unlocked? Any major differences between the Incredible and the DX (mod wise) I need to know? Thanks!

Welcome back!

I'm running fusionIce. Have been for a month or so. Its been very stable for me. Only thing I can't comment on is Bluetooth cause I don't use it.

Its built upon gingerbread 2.3.2 and its the only stable gingerbread rom I've found. If you are seeking a more stock android experience head over to xda and check out Skyraider. Its a 2.2 rom that its darn near bulletproof.
