Getting a warranty phone

My inc is finally dying on me I got it in march of last year so I have about two weeks left on the 1 year warranty from verizon. I love the incredible and I am actually sad that they said I might end up with an incredible 2. Anyways I am curious, since my warranty on the inc lasted a year, and is almost up does that mean that I basically will have no warranty on this new phone if something goes wrong? I tried searching a lot (here and google) and couldnt find a straight answer. Thank you guys!

You will have til the end of your current warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer. That said, you'll have 90 days from the day of receipt of your replacement.
