I wouldn't say as fast. When I started using the Rubix ROM, it came with ADW by default. I used it, used it and used it more, but in the end, put Launcher Pro in and removed ADW from my phone. It does have more customizations, but IMO, not as fast.

so how do you uninstall?

Scan the QR code at the top of the post, go to the market, and it will give you the option to uninstall. I already ditched mine. Not a fan at all. Way too slow for me. Hopefully it will run better on Gingerbread.

If you remove a lot of those customizations ADW is as fast.

This is really sluggish and it is not the official app. What really bugs me with all these Launcher Apps is that all your apps on the Home Screen need to be re-dropped?
