Get rid of "DROID" sound on boot

I see where to turn it on and off... but nothin about changing the notification tone for SD card..


This doesn't work btw... if you uncheck the sd notification it still says "droid" at the start of boot... but it kills those two ringy dingy tones at the end of boot... that helps though ... I didn't like those either

that's because it is part of the boot up animation you will not be able to change that until we achieve root.

If this only happens at startup then I will be able to live with it, as I have no intention to root when available. On my D1 it was also the default notification tone, which I changed. I assume, since no one mentioned it, that it is not the notification tone and cannot be changed. I definitely could not live with that.

You need to make sure your phone ringer/notification volume is NOT set to silent.
