I was just wondering if there was a way to clear your saved messages? Like, the saved um.. predictive thing that you add to it. Cause I've accidently added "wheb" for "when" and now everytime I have to go back and correct it OR it auto corrects it to the wrong spelling. Is there a way to clear this?

There is no way to clear a specific word but there is a way to clear All the words.

Menu>settings>applications>manage applications>touch input>clear data

Hope that helps somehow

On the moto droid you can delete one word from the dictionary menu>language & Keyboard>user dictionary... then press and hold a word and the option edit or delete shows up...
hopefully this is what you wanna fix....

I can't stand this aspect of the Eris. My wife and I love the little phone, but can't believe this isn't being addressed. I'd like to find another dictionary to integrate into the device, if Droid won't address it.
