I see that the GasBuddy apps is out but I cant find it on the market and every site that has the code to scan doesnt work.

anyone know what the deal is or got the apk I can install?

Just downloaded it. Just search Gasbuddy. It's the first one.

Alls that comes up for me is a "Pride Stores Deals App" by Gasbuddy OpenStore Inc.

Interesting. Another option is to download Appbrain and look in there. It's another app market

I got app brain and it finds it on there but when I go to download it, it says "The request item could not be found"

That's wierd. Is it possible it's only supported on Froyo?

Thats the thing, I got froyo. Its the leaked one for the droid x but I dont think that should make a difference right?

FYI, same problem...

FYI, I have the same (or at least similar) problem. My phone (Sony Ericsson x10 mini) cannot find the app. Even if I go to Appbrain or any other website, it generally redirects me to Android Marketplace which then shows up as not found. I thought it was because my phone is running Android 1.6, but my wife's phone is also running Android 1.6 (different phone though), and her phone finds it ok. Very frustrating...
