Application for shopper barcode scanning

Anyone know the name of any good barcode scanning application that lets you scan the UPC code of an item and compares the price to other stores?

I've been looking but since I don't know the name or what category that type of application falls under, it's hard.

There's Google's Shopper and Shop Savvy. Barcode scanner only scans the barcodes and doesn't compare to other locations if I'm remembering it correctly.

I also prefer shopsavvy. The Amazon app will do this as well.
