Barcode Calculator?

I'm looking for an app that I can use the barcode scanner to scan items at the store and it will keep a running total of what I'm spending. Does such an App exist? I've looked and looked and cant seem to find one HELP please!

I think there is a shopping app that users the barcodes to make a list of what you have, but the price is set at the store so it would be hard to do an app like that I would assume.
