It is Friendster!

Friendster launched on March 22, 2002.
In 2003, Friendster received a $30 million buyout offer from Google, which they declined(It is then Google started working on Orkut). Finally in 2009 they sold it for $26.4 million!

MySpace & Facebook were launched in the years 2003, 2004 respectively!
