Since we're able to say almost whatever we want in here, and I don't want to make a thread about it, imma ask a question.

If I bought a used 4G phone, would I be able to activate it, use it, and have 4G service without having to sign another 2 year contract? Or would I have to get a 4G plan or something? I'm confrused on that point...
