Never heard of a name named "4 Elements" but there is a game that is based on the four elements - I wonder if this is the game you're talking about, or if it's similar?

Sometimes an app won't be visible on the Market, but visible on the Androlib or AppsBrain and the like. I found this when I was looking for Bonsai Blast. I never could see it in the Market itself until I had updated from 2.0.

Maybe this app won't run on Froyo so it won't show up from your search.
