Sounds like it's in driving mode bud.. check ur dropdown menu and scroll through ur quick settings let me know if this solves ur problem!

U Prolly hit it by accident when u pulled the notification bar down all the quick settings do this stupid scrolling to the right ur thumb prolly hit it on the scroll by and u never even knew
