galaxy note tablet internet problems ..... please i need help!

Hi. I hope someone can help. I bought a galaxy note tablet 10.1 recently and i cant get on the internet via my bt router. Ive tried changing channels and the security from wep to wpa - all failed. Ive got a samsung mobile, an archos 101g9 and a laptop... All have no troubles connecting. I just cant think of anything else to try!

So, does it just say it cannot connect? Do you get any type of message?

It goes to authentication error occured. Just tried it at work and it does the same thing.......
