galaxy note 2 just won't go on...

I tried taking the battery out,tried pressing home,volume and on buttons at the same time.the screen goes on and gets stuck on SAMSUNG logo,can anyone help me to get this phone on?

You're on stock, custom rom..etc?

Your issue seem you're stuck in bootloop.
