Galaxy Nexus /sdcard won't mount in recovery

I have a rooted Galaxy Nexus running 4.1.2, using the latest Clockworkmod Recovery Touch. I'm trying to install 4.2.1, however when I try to select installing zip from sdcard, I get an error saying "can't mount /sdcard". My /data also won't mount.

How can I fix my /data and /sdcard so that I am able to mount them and install new roms?

Its been a long time since I did it but under formats and mounts I think there is one to mount SD card I had that problem when I was one of first to flash jelly belly when jellybean first came out

I haven't been able to fix the /data and /sdcard partitions of my internal memory, but I was able to use CWR and ADB sideload to install the ROM. Not as convenient, but it'll have to do.
