Good question. Haven't heard of any new Droid phones in the works since the release of the Turbo. It seems they've finally gotten the picture that there is such a thing as too many Droid branded devices at one time.

The droid line is purely moto now.. I think they were talking about the next droid being a phablets.. But that could've been a bunch of misinformation due to the size of the nexus 6..

So far.. Still nothing... We won't hear about the new droid from probably a few months.. Then it will all be speculation for a while.. They've been releasing droids around the month of October, lately..

Depends... I would consider 5.5 average now... So 5.6 especially with bezels getting smaller.... Idk.. I guess it depends on the person.. The nexus 6 is definitely a phablet.. While the turbo isn't.. The note 4..i don't even remember the size of the screen on the note 4..i know the edge is pretty bulky though..

People are definitely adapting to larger sizes. There was a time I felt that anything over 4" was WAY too big. Nowadays, 5.1 - 5.5 is "the norm" for most of us.
I've got a buddy on the S3 forums that absolutely loves his Samsung Mega 2 and actually wants something larger. His original Mega was 6.3 inches and his new Mega 2 is 6.44 inches. Whaaaa?!
While that's definitely too large for me, there ARE folks out there that like phablets. (Or in this case, a tablet with a cell radio!) LOL!

Well.. If they make calls from devices that big... They should layer the back with reflective radiation material.. And bullet resistant Kevlar..lol...if you were talking with that thing and the wind blew... Ugh ...
