One of the main draws of running a custom rom like Cm12 is the ability to run a custom theme. CM12 themes are much more thorough than simple icon themes. These themes actually touch every part of your rom from the System UI to the Framework. One of the newest themes out was built specifically for the Blisspop, Temasek, and DirtyUnicorn roms but should work on any rom that includes the CM12.1 theme engine.
