Full Phone Copy

I had to replace my D2 and the replacement just came in the mail. I have Liberty 3 installed and settings and apps all set up. Is there a way to completely make a copy or backup of everything on the phone and simply load all that information(rom, settings, contacts, etc.) into the new phone without having to go through the whole rom process?

Contacts, calendars and sometimes apps are all synced with Google and will rd sync when you sign with your Google account.
