Full backup (ie: app data) for unrooted GNex?

This may be a stupid question, but anyways. As good as the phone is, I don't see myself keeping it for the rest of my life and will need to upgrade. With that, I'd rather not go through hundreds of puzzles/levels of games and enter info into apps all over again just for changing phones. Is there anyway to do a full backup with app/game data as well on an unrooted gnex? I haven't looked into rooting much other than when I first got the phone finding out that rooting one will wipe whatever data you have on there.

The simple answer is that you would need to root. Additionally the new device would also need to be rooted to restore that data. Some apps have the ability to export that data or save it to a microSD card. Those would be the only other options.

Helium is a great app but doesn't do much for most of the data associated with a specific app. Like game results.
