Froyo Kangerade v1.0 running 2.2

I have 2 stupid questions
1. How do I get my apps to move vertically? I had them that way at one time and now the move horizontal and i can't seem to find the function to change it back.
2. How do I disable icons from popping up in the status bar?

Any help would be appreciated.

I love this ROM by the way. i tried a few other and this one is great for my droid.

1. go to the settings for ADW (the launcher that kangerade v1.0 comes with) and there should be a setting somewhere in there for that
2. I dont really know what you mean

2= I do not want icons popping up in the notification bar when i receive a message or email.

Thats part of the Android Operating System, so the only way to change that would be to go into the messaging and email app (or whatever app you want to disable notifications for) settings and there should be an option to disable notifications

Also for 1. You could get a different launcher like launcher pro beta (in the market)

Cool thanks I got it. i uninstalled Kangerade(stupid move) I forgot i had launcher pro which i think fixed that issue before.

Problem solved.

FYI, if you are using handcent sms you have to go into both your original messaging app and your handcent app settings then notification and disable both. Now life is good. Text Notifications do not show up in my notification bar.
Now i have the perfect droid..
