FroYo - FRG01B / Flash 10.1 Beta 3 - Install leads to no internet, Swype failure

I've tried installing/reinstalling Flash 10.1B3 probably about 3 or 4 times. I got flash to work without rebooting afterwards, but Swype immediately stopped working. I had to reinstall Swype.

What's up with this? After reboot, all internet fails.

I've been searching and searching but there is a sea of Flash post unrelated to install trouble.

Has to be something conflicting...

I was running FRG01B / Flash 10.1B3 and had no issued what so ever.
But I wasn't running Swype
