FroYo / 2.2: Uploads enabled?

So, for those who've had the pre-OTA FroYo for a while now: can you confirm that the browser "uploads disabled" issue (Issue 2519 - android - Browser should support file uploads (input type="file") - Project Hosting on Google Code) has finally been taken care of?

Still waiting from my 2.2, and this is one of the big reasons...
