Got my Droid X yesterday and was nervous about turning off the BB, but it hasn't been as hard as I thought. The backup assistant from Verizon made it a lot less painful. I read this forum in the weeks coming up to the intro of the Droid X and it helped me make my decision. Got lots of questions but I'm still in the exploring stage.
Want to mention that I don't find this phone too large which was something I read a lot in the press. Very comfortable to hold and take calls on. The typing with the screen held horizontally is much easier than on the IPod Touch. The reception even might be better that I got with the BB in my home which would be great.
