Freezes on unlock on CM7

I am having a frustrating problem after my phone has been running for a few hours. I am using Juice Defender Plus to manage my data connections. When I unlock my phone it freezes up until 3g is reenabled. Sometimes ADW force closes also. Is there any workaround or a solution floating around? I also use Autokiller for some memory management and tweaks. I know that both of these apps can cause problems with cm7, but they do really help with battery life and misbehaving apps.

Just curious if anyone has a more stable setup.
