Best bet for "free" "paid" apps are looking in the apps section here or over on xda forums... some app developers are nice enough to post free versions of their apps to people that frequent the forums (for example setcpu is free on xda forums by virtue of the developer himself). As for any others apps for free without the developers consent- that's called stealing so please don't ask here
