Foxfi an Elixir not working

Ever since this last 4g outage, foxfi and elixir have not worked. I access them, switch on hotspot through them like always, but seconds later, the hotspot turns off.
The wifi tether beta seems to still work.

Anyone else have this issue?
Anyone know how to fix it?
